Karlinah Immobilier has designed, developed and operated residential and hospitality projects in Casablanca for over twenty years. The company brings together three business divisions: development, hospitality and living-space operations, and proprietary technology. All under a single principle: to create environments where architecture, service and engineering converge.
Our story
Founded in 2003 in Casablanca, Karlinah Immobilier was born from the conviction that a developer can and must remain involved well beyond the delivery of a project. This integrated vision, combining development and operations, has guided every strategic decision the company has made.
The early years were devoted to the development of residential projects in the Casablanca region, notably the Lotissement Karli in Dar Bouazza, a collection of 600 m² plots near the coast that established the company's reputation in the premium segment.
In 2018, the company launched its flagship project: Anfa Cliff, a 144-unit residence in Ain Diab, integrating a restaurant (ORA), a spa (The Cliff) and a private wellness club (SWC). Anfa Cliff has become the company's signature address and the testing ground for its technological ambitions.

Founding Chairman
Trained as an architect, Hassan began his career in architectural design, gaining deep expertise in the sector before taking charge of the real estate division within the family group. In 2003, he founded Karlinah Immobilier and has since carried the group's strategic vision, from the design of Lotissement Karli to the launch of Anfa Cliff.
Lina K.
Managing Director
Responsible for the overall management and well-being of the company, Lina oversees day-to-day operations and the implementation of new projects. She ensures consistency between service quality, human resources and the growth of the portfolio.
Mohamed-Karim K.
Deputy Director
In charge of operational management on construction sites and the integration of new technologies within the group. Mohamed-Karim drives innovation in management systems, proprietary digital tools and the technical infrastructure of the properties.

Karlinah Immobilier S.A.R.L. is incorporated under Moroccan law, with a share capital of 280,000,000 MAD. The company applies rigorous management procedures, including internal financial controls, annual auditing of accounts and ongoing compliance with Moroccan regulatory obligations.
